Are you tired of dealing with all that paper that you receive in the mail? We would like to offer you our latest feature to Internet Banking: eStatements. This new feature allows us to turn off the paper and notify you when your statement is available to be viewed online. Internet Banking will store 12 months of past statements for your use so it makes it easy to find those statements you may need to retrieve. No more rummaging around in bulky files or shoe boxes (that’s where mine are) to find the right month.
eStatements are easy to sign up for through our Internet Banking:
1) Login to Internet Banking
2) Go to "Services" and "Electronic Statements"
3) Check the account you would like to no longer receive paper statements
4) Hit the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page
Each end of month you will receive an email that your account statement is available to view online. When you receive the email just login to Internet Banking and go to “Accounts” and “Statement” from the drop down menu, choose the account you would like to view and click “View Statement”. The statement can be printed along with a helpful balancing aid simply by choosing “View Disclosure” on the statement page.
We hope you will find this new feature useful. We encourage you to select your accounts for eStatements. It saves you time, and also cuts down on paper use, which helps the environment. So save some time, save a tree, and sign up for eStatements!
At this time Community Bank will not be directly involved in the electronic bill payment process. There are too many other, existing processors, who will facilitate the payment of your bills for as low as $4.95/month. They can still access your Community Bank account to accomplish this for outside payees and you will be able to monitor the activity via our Internet Banking program.
